Evelyn Kelly, Director

Evelyn founded Complete HR in May 2006. After many years working in both the Hospitality and Medical Device Multi-National Manufacturing Sectors in operational and senior HR roles; she decided to start up on her own, initially providing bespoke human resource management services primarily to SME’s.

From small beginnings Evelyn has worked with a wide range of Clients, large and small, unionised and non-unionised in the private and public sectors. Her experience ranges from start-ups to mergers to closure situations in industries such as;

  • Certificate in Employment Law from DIT
  • Post Graduate Diploma in Technology Management from UCD
  • Higher Diploma in Hotel Management from the Shannon College of Hotel Management
  • Chartered Membership of the CIPD
  • Certified Mediator at Associate level of the Mediators Institute of Ireland
  • Certified Psychometric Test Systems Operator of Thomas International tests.
