Evelyn Kelly, Director.
Evelyn founded Complete HR in May 2006. After many years working in both the Hospitality and Medical Device Multi-National Manufacturing Sectors in operational and senior HR roles; she decided to start up on her own, initially providing bespoke human resource management services primarily to SME’s.

From small beginnings Evelyn has worked with a wide range of Clients, large and small, unionised and non-unionised in the private and public sectors. Her experience ranges from start-ups to mergers to closure situations in industries such as Bio-Pharmaceutical, Pharmaceutical, Industrial Manufacturing, Professional Services, IT, Retail, Marketing & Design, Printing, Logistics, FMCG, Packaging and Distribution, Construction, Hospitality, Sports Clubs, Broadcasting and Audio Visual Services, State Agency, Charity and Third Level Institutions.
Evelyn holds a Master’s in Business and HRM from the University of Limerick, a Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management from DIT, a Post Graduate Diploma in Technology Management from UCD, a Higher Diploma in Hotel Management from the Shannon College of Hotel Management, is a Chartered Member of the CIPD and a Certified Mediator at Associate level of the Mediators Institute of Ireland. As a passionate believer in continuous personal development Evelyn holds a Certificate in Employment Law, training in Workplace Investigations and is a Certified Psychometric Test Systems Operator of Thomas International tests. Evelyn is committed to ensuring her skills are always up to date, providing innovative, ‘best practice’ hr solutions to her Clients.
